My expectations were not very high, but I thought I'd give this place a shot when it opened in Caesars Food Court. I don't know if they're affiliated with Smoked Burgers & BBQ in the Caesars Forum Shops.
I ordered burnt ends and brisket with coleslaw and potato salad as my 2 sides. It took more than 10 minutes for my order to be completed despite nobody else in line, but what was delivered was fantastic.
The highlights for me were the brisket & the 3 assorted sauces, Memphis, Texas, Carolina. Each sauce was thick and flavorful and I alternated among them with each bite. The sides were provided in 8 oz containers which were sizable portions. The coleslaw could have
been creamier perhaps, but was passable. The potato salad was made with red skinned potatoes and was fairly good, despite me preferring fewer raw onions in mine.
They included one white bread slice under the burnt ends, along with 5 or 6 small pickle slices and 3 or 4 cherry peppers. The pickles were surprisingly great and were a good complement to the meats.
Additional plus: they accept Caesars Rewards comp dollars, which also waives the tax.
Total cost for 2 meat plate: $16.99
Well worth it given the quantity and quality of food. -

New Years Eve in Las Vegas waiting for a show at Caesar's. All the food vendors had long lines as expected except for this place. My husband and I were born and raised in TX so we like to think of ourselves as connoisseurs of BBQ. What a surprise! The sandwiches were fantastic. I want to go back right now. Hubs had brisket sandwich. I hade the pulled pork with coleslaw. Portions were generous and should be at 14.99 & 15.99. The show was a bust but the food was out of this world. I'm so happy to have found this place. (I work right off the strip so I can see myself going over for lunches a bunch!). Thank you for a great dinner even on a paper plate!!!!
